I have two Linksys WRT54G Wireless Routers hooked up and I would like to know if there are any programs to monitor to see who connects or tries to connect to them wirelessly.
Also I am fairly new to the wireless thing, I mostly use the wireless for my PSP, and sometimes my roomates use it for their laptops. My other question is how to I jus allow me and my roomates to use the connection, password protected maybe? But will my psp still be able to connect? :t :t :t

The log programs should be built in to the Internet interface used to configure the routers. Check the manual.

I restrict access a couple of ways.
First enable WEP or WPA. You will need these security setting enabled for your PSP (no idea how to do it) and the laptops.
Next enable MAC filtering. I have not seen a linksys that did not have the feature. Get the MAC address of your PSP and wirleless computers. Turn on MAC filtering and allow only the MAC addresses you wrote down. Your router will ignore other users even if they can break you WEP or WPA.

I didn't know that was possible. I guess its just like MAC Cloning. Learned something.
I still segregate my networks anyway so someone would have to route from the 192.168.0.x network to my 10.208.x.x network. I never set my wireless to do this. It only goes to the net. If I need to fileshare I go wired. Guess that is more secure than I need at home. Work is an entirely different story.

I do the same...RR.
I enable MAC only access, and disable my SSID broadcast.
Unless you go a full bore Cisco route with their software client, etc., that's about as good as it gets.
I've found WEP easier to hack then MAC address access.
