Uhh u know that thing on the inside of yer comp than when u put together a comp and drop a screw, it sticks to? Yea that speaker thing...is it ok if I dont plug that into the Mobo? cuz them beeps are annoying as it is..can i just leave the plug out?

Sure. A speaker is just another monitoring device. It is not necessary for opertating. You will not be able to hear error beeps but you can always detect the error in other ways.
