I copied 1 hard dr to another. I somehow installed a program E-Z Bios. I used West Dig copy program that came with hard dr. Is there a way to remove the E-Z bios from my drives??
Thank you
Is E-Z Bios good or disruptive, or should I just leave it alone??

Yes, you can remove EZ-Bios by following the procedure in the WD manual, or here:
www.westerndigital.com/products/manuals/ezdrive3.htm (http://www.westerndigital.com/products/manuals/ezdrive3.htm)
I also found this FAQ - I would strongly recommend backing up your data when you uninstall EZ-Bios, and be prepared to reinstall your OS and programs.
"Will I lose my data if I uninstall EZ-BIOS?
If EZ-BIOS is uninstalled and the BIOS does not support large drives, the data on the drive will not be properly accessible. If the BIOS does support large drives and is using the same type of LBA translation that EZ-BIOS used, then the data should be accessible."

Arnold:
Before removing EZ-Bios. Disable it using the EZ-Bios disk prog. If the machine works ok then remove it.
