Just recently ran Norton Antivirus and now cannot access my hard drive. Message "Invalid System Disk - Replace the disk and press any key to continue" appears. Also am missing two newly created partitions on new hard drive (secondary)installed. Running Windows 95. Could the system file be corrupt?
How about the Windows 95 registry?

Have you tried booting to a floppy and see if you can look at the drive(s) that way?
I am not of your meaning - whether both of your drives are corrupt, or just the secondary.

If your hard drive says "Invalid System Disk - Replace the disk and press any key to continue" when you try to boot with it, this is a partion problem. Something has happened to the master boot record on your bootable HD. If you ran norton you really need to re-run it in DOS mode and see if it gives you the opportunity to undo the last changes. If you can't you risk the chance of possibly loosing data on your HD. You could try a fdisk /mbr to re-write the master boot record but this should only be done as a lost resort as it's possible you may loose some of your data!!!
