Applying template to Word

I have a Word doc using the normal.dot template.

Is there a way of applying another template to this document? How do I do it?

e.g. its in normal.dot but I want to use one of the reports templates under the New menu.

Open help in Word and type your question there. I did on mine and it gave me allot of info. Good Luck:)
