i had some problems with my new ultra66 controller but have fixed them for now...
if you had problems with your ultra66 controller and/or ultra66 harddrive ..
could you describe them for me? please?!

well i did haveproblems but i seem to have gotten round them i hope.... had hard disk failure, system would boot incredibly slowly,
IDE conflicts.

They were all fixed by putting the controller card in a different slot on my mbo which had its own irq and then re-booting a lot ....


Im re-installing the o/s at moment so hopefully it will all go well
