I have tried two AGP video cards with my K6-III 450MHz Gigabyte GA-5AX (Rev4)M-Board and both were unstable. I want to know if someone is using/knows of a half decent card that runs with no problems with this Socket7 board & ALi Chip Set. I have upgraded the AGP driver & system Bios on Win98. Thanks!!!

My AsusP5A rev1007 mobo uses the ALi V chipset and I'm now using OEM G400 16Mb running at AGP2X with bus-mastering enabled at 112Mhz rock stable.

Before I was using a CL Banshee 16Mb AGP also running rock stable at 112Mhz.

General Rule:
SAVAGE 4 CARDS SUCK.
I installed a PCI version in my machine-nothing but problems.I tried the AGP version on a friend's machine-nothing but trouble.
I sent the PCI version back and bought a TNT PCI, and now I frag to my hearts content in a resolution or 1024*768.
God, I love NVidia...
