Noisy Harddisk

hi i have a IBM HDD connected to my 3 1/4 bay below the 5 1/2 inch ones.
The problem is the hardisk is making some clicking noise when it reads. i would like to make it silence or produce less noise.
how can i do that?

The noise is probably from it rattling around because its not secured...at least mine was. and if it is, make sure its screwed in all the way...or you could do what i did, and wedge a golf tee or something else under the hard drive so it can't move. it worked pretty well...
