Hi all,
On our network we use Exchange 5.5 and Outlook 98 on Windows NT SP3 and SP4. Outlook is set to deliver to the users mailboxes, not personal folders, although those are made available for them to utilize.
I have a user who has access to another users calendar. Many others have access to this same calendar as well. She has found that when she creates and sends out meeting requests, if she sends it to anyone whose calendar is shared, the request not only goes to the person to whom it was sent but also to the people to whom the calendar is shared. She doesn't put their names in the meeting request at all. Outlook just automatically sends the request to all of the people who have the ability to view another person's calendar.
Does anyone know anything about this? Is there a way to stop this? Does Microsoft consider this a feature or a bug? Any help would be great!
