CuteFTP

I've just downloaded CuteFTP, I'm on a LAN not a modem.

Whenever I try to access an ftp site it won't connect. I can connect to the site by typing the url into my browser.

Any ideas anyone ?

I am not familiar with cuteftp, but I use wsftp daily on lan and modem with no problems. It can be downloaded from www.acs.ttu.edu (http://www.acs.ttu.edu)

I had a similiar problem with Cute Ftp and I made it sporadically work by changing, in the site manager, the login type to double then after it errored again changing it back to normal. Its lame, thats why I don't use it, but I did get it to connect by doing that. Maybe it will work for you.
