I keep forgetting this - the power supply fan in an ATX box blows IN, correct? Thus, when adding a second case fan to the lower front of the case, you want it to blow out, correct?

This will be the first ATX box I've built - I've always built ATs. If anyone can advise me of any other wrinkles, I greatly appreciate it.

Most generic ATX power supplies blow out. Some do blow in, but they are the exception from my experience.

If the power supply fan is blowing into the case, turn it to blow the air out the case. You don't want to blow hot air into the case.
The second blower in the front must blow cold air into the case.
This is the best thing to do!

My ATX case has a power supply that sucks the air from the PC up and out of the system thus keeping the system cool. Plus I installed a second fan to blow cool air in across the PC for additional cooling. And other smaller fans to cool other things examples: video card,DVD decoder card(card is used alot) etc.
