Jetway px400daz board failing

Power supply died unexpectedly a few weeks ago ( and was replaced with two different know good PS ) and MB has not been right since. USB fails, frequent reboots, freezes and now I find three bulging caps.

Any suggestions for a budget replacement 60-70 dollars that will take my current 2.4 P4 . Not sure yet I want to try to replace with same brand.

Xabre 64 MB video 8x agp. SB-live card 80 gig 7200 RPM Hard drive. SAMSUNG CD-R/RW SW-252F, 1 gig ddr2100
