I have a 128MB DIMM With a serial: ME128pc100. Does anyone know who manufactures SDRAM with an "ME" prefix? I need to get data sheets on this.

Susan 08-24-1999, 11:19 PM You need to look at the memory chips that are on the stick and use that number. Underclocked 08-25-1999, 12:29 AM Is it ME128-PC100-D 128MB 16X72 ECC DIMM FOR BX CHIP SET ? I found that on a web page, but it tells you nothing of who makes it. You need to look on the individual chips for those markings (all of them!) and they can tell you who was the OEM for the modules. The PCB could be put together by a multitude of companies. You can look here http://www.rackco.com/memory.html to see that particular company, but you are telling us a number that would not necessarily be unique. Bayfront Benny 08-25-1999, 10:35 AM I have looked carefully at both the stick and labels. The actual chips have the following. 9918 2-2 MT 48LC8M8A2 TG BE-E The labels have the following. Label#1 16x64 PC 100-222-620 071699 1252503653 Label#2 5600072199 31998 ME-128PC100 SiSoft Sandra rates it as 7ns. Please advise. Regards Underclocked 08-25-1999, 10:47 AM MT= Micron Technology Just go to their web site and look around. You'll find an exact match for that module on their site (Crucial) and if you have Acrobat Reader, go here http://www.crucial.com/library/pdf/realpc100.pdf . PS: that's some good memory, want to sell it? /forum/wink.gif Bayfront Benny 08-25-1999, 11:12 AM Got thanks for your help. That must be an 8E on the chip not a BE. SysOpt.com
