A toothless traffic officer tries out free dentures given to him by President Gloria Arroyo's husband Jose Miguel Arroyo during a charity project in Manila. The president is donating 2,410 sets of false teeth to ordinary Filipinos including policemen, who he said 'needed teeth to keep peace and order with a smile'.
