Have mass quanities of this Memory... !!

And I recently bought the MSI Neo2-LS mobo.. PLEASE.... PLEASE someone let me down easy and tell me this memory will work on all for DIMM slots of this motherboard giving me a grand total of 1Gb.,... Please..... I see 400Mhz in that article.. and I see only 200Mhz.. But alas... I cannot read what it is I do not understand.. Help..

And if it doesn't work.. FOr a Students Budget.. What memory should I get ?? I'd like 1Gb.. I really don't care about overclocking the memory.. But then again for the right price I'd do it.. And I don't care if it's 4 256Mb sticks.. Just try and keep me under 100$.. Thanks SO mUch... !!!!!
