Is there any advantage to having Client for Microsoft Network as your Primary Windows Logon in Network Properties instead of Windows Logon. Recently I had a Tech from my ISP say that I should do this. He mumbled something about it more aggressively using my system.

Unless you have a peer to peer network in you house and want to use it, why would you want to use Microsoft Client? Come to think of it, if you dont have a NIC card and the correct settings, I dont believe you will even get that login prompt. Dont quote me on that though. I use the Microsoft when I want to access my network, otherwise stick with windows login.
