C-Compiler for Win95/98

Hi, Looking for inexpensive/free C compiler
that runs under Win95/98 on my PC. I have beginner/intermediate C programming skills and would like a compiler that is easy to learn and use. I've looked at compilers at the stores and they seem faitly complex to use. Thanks for any advice/help.
