The error message states "Background server error" and then disables my System Suite5 AUTOEMAIL VIRUS SCAN, and the AUTOFILE VIRUS SCAN. Strangely, it doesn't happen everytime. The message is coming from another application. My bet is that it's your AV program. Have you tried using another like AVG, Avast or Antivir? SysOpt.com
