Flashing modem bios?

I've a Mastro 33600 modem and i want to update the bios. Mastro's site had the rom image but no program to use with it.

Is there a generic modem bios flasher?

What model number is it? I didn't see any 33.6 modems listed on their site.

It's a companion modem with a Mastro board in it.

I grabed the rom image from the ftp site. Link's on main page.

With motherboard bios' you get a dos program to actually flash it. I can't seem to find one.
