Someone please help! willywonka 02-22-2005, 10:38 AM ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe $90 or ABIT NF7-S2G $68 at Newegg.com.. If you want to overclock i would suggest the Asus I'v had one and it was good.. Not sure how the abit's overclock but im think they'ed be ok. Check out newegg.com find a board in your price range then go to a search like google.com and search for some reviews.. ;) Or im sure one of the big brains hear can shead some light. Martin11581 02-22-2005, 11:57 AM thanks for the info, but i guess i will have to wait for the right funds to come along anyone have a used one you dont need that i could use? BipolarBill 02-22-2005, 12:37 PM :p Martin11581 02-22-2005, 02:59 PM just to clear something up, i am not looking for a free one, just a used working cheap one lol computer_kid1 02-22-2005, 03:17 PM If you have spent your money on a 3200+ and 2 kingston 512mb stick, and you want to be able to overclock it. Then it is worth getting a good mobo which will work the rest of your kit to their best. Asus and MSI both make great boards for overclocking. I quite like this mobo (http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/products/index.html?rb=5563918487&action=c2hvd19wcm9kdWN0X292ZXJ2aWV3&product_uid=79379) But wait for some more expert opinions Martin11581 02-23-2005, 07:58 AM Originally posted by computer_kid1 If you have spent your money on a 3200+ and 2 kingston 512mb stick, and you want to be able to overclock it. Will they deliver to the US? computer_kid1 02-23-2005, 08:10 AM i think this may be what you want. from newegg.com http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=13-130-475&depa=0 widget2003 02-23-2005, 10:18 AM ABIT NF-7 is a good board, but from personal experience the Gigabyte 7N400-L is a great board with features, and is pretty cheap, also overclocks well. but i have to say that a 3200+ generally doesn't overclock well as it's pretty much used all it's head room since it already starts with a 400 FSB :( Martin11581 02-23-2005, 02:54 PM THE BOARD FOUND HERE http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProdu...-475&depa=0 CAN THAT BE USED FOR OVERCLOCKING AS WELL? Also i tried looking for the Gigabyte 7N400-L that was just mentioned on newegg but i cant find it, can u post a link here if u find it for me thanks BipolarBill 02-23-2005, 06:27 PM Your link was no good. Try it again with this: www.tinyurl.com rmanet 02-27-2005, 07:18 PM anyone have a used one you dont need that i could use? BTW - I know you're new to the forums, but either go to the right sysopt forum to look to buy something, or ask for some advice here on buying a new one - this isn't the right forum for that kind of question Martin11581 02-27-2005, 08:44 PM i did post the classified but one of the mods moved the thread here! WHY? i have no idea, but he/she thought it would be better here perhaps SysOpt.com
