ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe $90 or ABIT NF7-S2G $68 at Newegg.com..
If you want to overclock i would suggest the Asus I'v had one and it was good..
Not sure how the abit's overclock but im think they'ed be ok.
Check out newegg.com find a board in your price range then go to a search like google.com and search for some reviews.. ;)
Or im sure one of the big brains hear can shead some light.

If you have spent your money on a 3200+ and 2 kingston 512mb stick, and you want to be able to overclock it. Then it is worth getting a good mobo which will work the rest of your kit to their best.

Asus and MSI both make great boards for overclocking.

I quite like this mobo (http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/products/index.html?rb=5563918487&action=c2hvd19wcm9kdWN0X292ZXJ2aWV3&product_uid=79379)

But wait for some more expert opinions

ABIT NF-7 is a good board, but from personal experience the Gigabyte 7N400-L is a great board with features, and is pretty cheap, also overclocks well. but i have to say that a 3200+ generally doesn't overclock well as it's pretty much used all it's head room since it already starts with a 400 FSB :(

anyone have a used one you dont need that i could use?

BTW - I know you're new to the forums, but either go to the right sysopt forum to look to buy something, or ask for some advice here on buying a new one - this isn't the right forum for that kind of question
