This is on a win95 (B version) Pentium 200mmx machine w/128 megs of ram and 7 gig HD. Any ideas why??? I restarted win & same error. I removed & re-installed multimedia/media player from add/remove prog, but same error!!! It plays fine on my AMD 350 running win98. Any advice appreciated. supraman4 08-18-1999, 04:33 PM I downloaded & install the new Media Player and get the message that it's an UNSUPPORTED FORMAT???? why??? the *.dat file plays fine on my other win98 PC kwai 08-18-1999, 04:42 PM i'm not sure about win98, but with win95 i need to install intel's indeo codec to get support for some types of video. check out intel's website or write back if you can't find it. SysOpt.com
