Have a customer that is swearing that they had the option before using Adobe Photoshop 5.0 Limited Edition - and claim... that one day they just were not able to do it.

Their computer
XP home
128mb RAM (not on internet - and they won't upgrade RAM)
40GB HDD
1.7 Cel CPU

I assured their computer was virus and parasite free, windows is compleatly updated and I even put in a new cd/rw to see if things would change. We can burn a CD using Sonic application - but when we select the drive for the save - get this error "drive is inaccessable"

They swear they could do it before... is this a setting in windows?

Thanks for your help,
Paul

The only way to directly save to CD is to format the disk with either DirectCD, InCD or another packet-writing program. The disk must also be a CD-RW. Otherwise, the disk must be erased each time you want to write to it.

Anyone who refuses to upgrade from 128MB RAM on XP deserves to be treated with skepticism.

I was thinking that might be the case... direct cd, cd/rw. Thanks for the conformation. Ok... I am not totally nuts.
