No boot and Power Supply Flashes!

Does anyone have a clue what is going on with one of my computers? It will not boot, there is no video, no beeps, and the power supply LED flashes.

Do I need a new power supply or is something else broken? I want to fix this ASAP!

have you played with it lately, plugged, unplugged anything?

Changed something?

If you haven't changed anything, was it working fine before?

I had same problem with a Matsonic board, It turned out to be a bad memory stick. but I still had to replace mobo nothing but problems.

Yes I have been changing things in it. Another one of my computers had some video problems and I used the parts from this as my "spares".

I have never heard of the Power LED flashing, so I do not know what it means?

Only power LED flashing I've seen is when my machine is in suspend mode. Make sure you don't have something hooked to the header on the motherboard for the sleep button.
