I can't seem to get my PCI64 card to work unless I reserve irq10, then unreserve it and refresh hardware devices. It tries to use other irq's unsucessfully.

If your comfortable installing hardware, try removing the cards you have in the expansion slots. Remove them in both the OS and physically. Just leave the vidcard.
Have all the updated drivers at hand and start installing the cards one by one along with the most recent drivers. Install the sound card first.
Don't reserve any IRQs in the system Bios. Just let it do it's thing. Make sure its set to PnP OS, if you have that choice.
You can also try manually re-arranging IRQs or try to free some up if you can. Usually, removing then reinstalling the cards as mentioned will do the job.
But not always.
