Anybody can tell me what the problem is? My CD-ROM Drive ejects all media put on it, and can only close when there's no CD on it. I don't know the brand, but it's an 8X-drive. The front part of the drive is unlabelled/unmarked. Anyone?

there is a small possibility that you have a virus-like program called netbus, but it sounds more like just a hardware problem. If you are concerned that it could be netBUS, then do an internet search, and you'll have no problem scrapping up some info on what to do.

haha.. well, I didn't even think of the chance that it wasn't internet capable... yea, that pretty much removes the netbus possibility...
I suppose you might just recheck the cables

It's definitely not a netbus. The computer does not have a modem, so chances are it's not infected by a netbus.
