The majority of people polled by a security firm said that the teenager sentenced to 18 months in federal prison for spawning a variant of the MSBlast worm deserved tougher punishment.

In the online poll released Wednesday by U.K.-based security vendor Sophos, 53 percent of those surveyed said that Jeffrey Lee Parson, 19, received a too-lenient sentence. Only 14 percent said the jail time was too much.

"Dip [the virus writers] in a vat of weak acid for days until their skin melts. Or remove their fingers so they can no longer type virus code," one (peed of computer writer) wrote.

I would guess its fraud. Call up Washington Mutual and see if it is legit. If it is, give them the info they need over the phone....preferably not a wireless one.

Definitely fake. No one asks for information like that via email. If it was genuine, I'd change banks rather than trust my money with an organisation that stupid.
