Who ya gonna trust? But, hey, it was only a few billion. It can happen to anyone so ineffecient. Chalk it up to bad management.

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Nearly $9 billion of money spent on Iraqi reconstruction is unaccounted for because of inefficiencies and bad management, according to a watchdog report published Sunday.
An inspector general's report said the U.S.-led administration that ran Iraq until June 2004 is unable to account for the funds.

I just saw pictures from a friend's brother who is in Iraq. They are sleeping on cots in battle damaged houses. The facilities are nonexistant. But good thing we keep giving money to the Tsunami relief. That way, they can get back to hating the west that much sooner.

I wonder what many Iraqis are sleeping in after their houses have been totally destroyed by the 'poor us troops' who now have to sleep in cots.
Just a thought...

Look at the bright side. Now they have a job and can turn their attention to something besides hating each other and the American's who got rid of Saddam.

That and collecting camel dung to cook their MRE's. I'm sure they will leave it to the Americans to rebuild their houses.
