I have 2 CDroms one set as master and the other as slave. It works fine except when it comes to games, the read is exceptionally slow. ie 1 minute before the game intro comes on. Please advice, many thanks.

Background: CDrom master is a nec 32x. Slave is a Wearnes CDRW 16x2x2x.

I believe if you change your settup to the following should help.

Primary Master : Booting Hard Drive
Primary Slave : CDrom
Secondary Master : CDROM r/w
Secondary Slave : Any other Hard drive.

Try this and see if this fixes it.
