Hi there,

Anybody know's where I could found the &$%#&?!$& driver of the creative lab soundblaster pci 512?

hmm there is no sb pci 512 as far as i know there is a sb pci 128 but not a 512

Waow, did not know that a PCI 512 was available...

Your best bet is probably to phone creative's support... or email them...

Decklord,

After extended research of over 10 different sites, no luck in finding this cards drivers.

Creative web pages say the driver is on the install CDrom that came with the card if you don't have the rom contact the place you bought the card from.

****.... I got it in a OEM format..... I do not have the driver. I got to pray i'll find one.

..umm this might sound underhanded and stuff but its legal i think.
Get it at a store witha x day mney back guarentee
installed the drivers
return it..and say...'wait nevermind it sucks' or exchange it for something else
I have no clue what the 512 on the SB 512 stands for but it sure as hell aint voices cuz its cheaper than the live

They didn't have the cd in the box when you bought it? I do belive their website does have them available now. It is a great sound card, you'll love it.

Well... I got it on the net so I got to return it if I want an exchange... I think I will call Creative Labs

don't know if its any use, but looking through Sound Blaster getting started book they refer to an E512 so do you know some one with a Sound blaster 16 have a look on the CDROM driver's on it.

Hi.
disregard SB16 got CD today driver not on it.however PCI 512 also known as SOUND BLASTER LIVE, check out following site for driver under that name.
http:support.soundblaster.com/files/download.asp choose your op system then the SBlive file.
