Loading a Kodak Picture CD

I can not load a Kodak Picture CD from my CD-ROM drive. I was told by Kodak support personnel that I need a multi-access CD driver. I currently have an ATAPI driver. I
was told that I need an updated version ?
Anybody have any helpful tips ?? Where can I download that kind of software from?

Seems to me, that driver should have been provided by Kodak on the CD.....
Try your CD ROM Manufacturers Website, and see if they have any new patches or drivers for your CD ROM. Also post the brand and model of your CD ROM here, so if you can't find one, someone may have one they can send you.
