I haven't been able to google a review on that. 19 bucks isnt a bad deal on a psu. I wouldnt expect much thou. probably best to spend 60 on a nice one then alot of psus that burn out can cause downtime.

newegg has a 1 day sale on a Thermaltake 420 watt psu. I've definately heard of them, but not much in the way of psu's. Anyway, it's 36$ on the main site.
