Corsair XMS PC3200 CAS2 DDR400 Memory Chips

Why I am selling them:
I am getting a new motherboard, an MSI NEO 2 Platinum and just found out that using 4 512MB PC3200 chips will run at 333 mode instead of 400. It is the fault of the MSI controller.

So I HAVE to buy 2 1GB PC3200 Corsair chips to get to 400 speed to work on my new motherboard.

Anyways, I now have 4 PC3200 Corsair memory chips that I will be selling so I can afford the 2 1GB chips. 2 of the 512MB chips are BRAND NEW in the retail packaging from Newegg (can show receipt if needed). I can't RMA it because they charge 15% restocking fee and no trades.

The other 2 512MB chips are the exact same make and model by Corsair except they are 2 years old and have no retail packaging. They still have the lifetime warranty from Corsair as the new ones.

Both used memory modules were tested on Memtest for 15 hours with no issues and it work perfect. In fact they are running in the system right now as I type this.

The two new chips I can let go for $90+S/H which is cheaper than new from newegg(they sell them for $99 +S/H). The chips also from what I believe carry a lifetime warranty from Corsair.

I am selling the 2 used ones too but I don't want to spend another $560 to buy the 2 1GB chips from newegg right now and then be stuck with the other 4 chips and be out almost $900 on memory.

If I get people to commit to buying all 4 then I will buy the 2 1GB corsair chips for my new system and sell all 4.

You can always get the 2 new ones and then just get 2 more from newegg since they sell the exact same ones.

I don't buy from newegg. Charge too much for sales tax in NJ and shipping. If I end up buying any I'd rather it be all 4 than just 2.

19.72$ for shipping and handling from newegg. I'd much rather buy 4 sticks that have been running together for 2 years (or however long) than buy 2 from you and then 2 new ones.

Wow didn't know S/H would be that much from Newegg for you.

2 chips have been running for 2 years and 2 chips are brand new, same model and make.

I will hopefully get all my new parts tomorrow and put together and test out my new system early this week.

If you are interested now in all 4 should the 2 used ones be available at the end of this week then please send me a PM. Only 1 place sells the 2 1GB ram modules that I need and they cost $630 so I have to be sure of everything first.

thats pretty high for newegg, I dont pay sales tax when I buy from them and my shipping is nearly always free, maybe 2 bucks or something, Wish you had posted this 2 days ago, I just went and bought from newegg the other day, other wise Id have bought it from you :(

I live in NJ and I chose the 2day shipping (what ZZF offers for free). So I just wanted to see what it would cost for something on Newegg compared to ZZF.

Don't bother with the second day shipping. Newegg usually gets it to you in 2-3 days anyways.

I'm more interested in one of the older sticks, but would be interested in a newer ones if that's all that's left. I was planning on buying RAM after next month, but I might be able to work something out in the next couple days.
