Devise driver for rockwell

I got a modem Rockwell vpi56sp v1.0, I tried to find the exact driver on the internet but I could not.

where I can find it?
Modem is internal,pci, VPI56SP, RLVDL56DPF/SP

Rockwell is the chipset, right? Need more info, ie. Is modem internal/external, pci/isa, etc. If you can find FCC identifier
somewhere on board, you can search for manufacturer thru their archives.
