Viper550 AGP Problem

I'm having a problem getting my a Diaond Viper 550 working in Windows 98. Here's the info:

Matsonic 6260S board, AGP card w/Nvidia TNT chipset, 64 MB SDRAM, AMD K6-2 450.

Is there a known conflict between the ALi Alladin 5 chipset and the Viper card? I have it working just fine in another machine (with the same configuration except the cpu is a K6 233). THe drivers that worked in that machine do not work in this new machine... Anybody have any ideas...

I have a Viper 770 running on a system with the ALi Alladin 5 chipset and I am experiencing crashes when I play games. Dunno if its the same problem. (I tried to run nVidia's reference drivers and they do not even let the system finish startup before crashing)

Found the problem. Go to http://www.ali.com.tw/eframes.htm and download version 1.6 of the AGP driver.
