I have Abit PB6 mobo and Western Digital HDD everything is ready for UDMA66 bus, the mobo, the HDD and the cable, but it doesn't work, the system locks up just after post.When I swith the HDD to UDMA33 mode, Wd utility, and I reconnect the HDD to UDMA66 bus everything is OK
However, I am not using UDMA66 bus any more!
Did anybody have similar problem?
How to fix that?

Try installing the Ultra66 drivers from the CD that came with the board. The Ultra66 ports on the board are treated as SCSI, so you will need drivers.

I've got a BE6, and NT kernel dumped before I read the book. Have to load the drivers in Ultra33 mode, then reboot, and switch cables, and u should be good to go.
