What version of Windozes are you running?

This is actually a common problem. I am guessing that you are running some version of Windows 95. Download the Microsoft Update to Dial-Up Networking 1.3. It will fix your problem. You can use the link below to get it.

Adding to LordLocksley: Also make sure that you are logged in as some kind of user, and not ESC at the Login screen of Windows, because then it does not see a particular user to save the password for. That is why it is disabled... Create a user in user settings in Control Panel if it is needed...

Sorry, but you guys are way off. The problem is with Dial-Up networking and not the Windows logon. Read...it helps. This has been a very common problem with Windows 95 and Dial-Up Networking. You're actually giving coolsystems all sorts of extra stuff to do...none of which will actually help. It's a simple problem, why make it complex??

Check out autodial on my website under utilities. Robert has some very nice utilities there.

I've had the same problem, and installing the DUN 1.3 patch didn't help.
