I have a shuttle Hot 641p motherboard. I have set all the jumpers on the board correctly and have plugged it in to my atx power supply and the system won't turn on. I've tried 2 different processors in it, 2 different types of pc100 ram and it still won't turn on. One interesting thing is that I hooked the board up to a different power supply with nothing but ram plugged in to the board, and I completely removed the clear cmos/normal mode jumper and the system turned on. I took the board exactly how it was and plugged it back into my other power supply and it would not turn on again. I know the other power supply works because I'm using it to run my current computer. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Thanks for any help!

Check the pair of wires from the case switch to the motherboard for any damage. Check the connection at the motherboard, see that it is attached correctly.
