Log-off?

I've probably done the most simple thing but some where I disabled the log-off "..." option in the start menu and now I can't get it back.
How do I do this please, I've been told this is why my PC won't go on standby.

for stand by mode:
check your Power settings in Control Panel. also check your system bios to see if you have power management enabled.

Go to Networking in the control panel, you may have changed the windows primary login or deleted the network client.

All sorted, I couldn't find where I disabled in Tweak UI but now after closeer inspection I found it.
