OK fellas, I am getting the following message when encountering either OpenGL or D3D: "Expired Beta DirectDraw, please update" WTF is this, really I know that it is related to DirectX, but even re-installing DirectX does not solve the error message. Could I be receiving the message from something that I have downloaded, a game or something. I first noticed it when running Wintune 98? Help please

heres a free tip:

This is for all you shareware pirates ARFFGGG.

1.) unstall app (make sure you have the copy of direct handy)
2.) Run a nice utility called regclean.
3.) reinstall app.

Your done problem should have gone away if not you have another program with an expiration on it, find it and do steps 1-3.
