E-Mail Backup

I'm using Eudora Lite as my e-mail program.

For backing up to CD a)the addresses in my address book and b) the correspondence sorted into my mail boxes and the general, unfiled correspondence on my "In" screen, what file or files do I go looking for and where?

If you backup the whole EUDORA directory...it will get everything..all addresses and all messages, in all folders!
