Core voltage

I have a PCCHIPS M747 mobo
There is a 300A running at 450 (noproblem)
but the board is 55 degrees
When i look with Sisoft sandra
The core voltage is way to high
2,99 volt
But i cant lower it in bios settings
its auto detect
anyone a sugestion?

SiSoft Sandra isn't the most accurate program for diagnostics.
