I don't think AMD has released a 90 nm chip at 3800+ rating. Good place online to check is Monarch (http://www.monarchcomputer.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=M&Category_Code=AMD64) , but you'll have to check if they ship to your side of the pond. They'll offer it first as a launch partner for AMD. The 3500+ Winchester is available at a decent price.
