I’m looking to upgrade my system pretty soon, within the next 2 weeks or so, what I’m looking to get is an AMD 64 Bit and a mother board, I know there’s allot of AMD heads in here so I’m asking what one would be good for me. I Overclock allot and play mostly games on my system, what I have now in my system is as fallows.
P4 2.8E Oc 3.4
XFX 6800GT Oc 421/1180
1 Gig DDR400.
Would it be worth it to upgrade to a 64Bit will I see any difference in my gaming that would justify this upgrade? Or should I stick with what I have for now?

Upgrading from what you have won't give you a huge improvevemt till MS gets its **** into gear and releases XP-64 (Q1 this year some time).
What you will get though, is a very nice lowering of temps and thus reduced noise. Most games will get a bit of a boost as well.
As far as Mobos, the MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum boards are still getting fantastic reviews and support Cool'n'Quiet and dynamic overclocking, where a lot still don't.
The Neo2 has lots of stuff like firewire, 4 Sata, heaps of USB, and the ram CANNOT interfere with your video card no matter how big it is (very nice in my opinion).
Just look at where the ram slots are :) The cooling fan is really slim, so won't affect an AGP card.

The MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum is pretty much the same as the Neo2, but has PCI-e slots so you can use the more expensive gfx cards.
As for CPUs, a 3500 winchester or above (90nm) will do superbly, its the gfx card that will be the bottleneck in any current/new games, not the CPU.

I read some of the Reviews on that Mobo, it seems like it may just be on my buy list, which on of the AMD 64 Bit cores are better for overclocking? is the the Newcastle core the not so good overclocker?

If you want the latest and greatest, the winchester core is the way to go. However, I wouldn't even consider upgrading if I were you based on what you've already got. I doub't you'd see any performance difference AT ALL. You will get lower temps, but thats about it.

Well to be honest thats what I wanted to here, I may just hold of for a while, but I do need a new case the one I have is way to small for the amount of Hardware I have in it. know any good ones?
I'm still waiting myself. But, my wait is more about a 64bit Windows and drivers. Can you say "Collusion ?"
I'm too dumb to run linux but I know I can clock a Winchester. http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?forumid=58
