I don't CL drives, and I've seen alot of problems with them posted around.
There's an Acer 36X at www.mwave.com (http://www.mwave.com) for $39.90

My Memorex 48x cost 69.95 with one $30 rebate and has the forward button for Music CD's, reads all cd media, Volume for headphones and is UDMA....I like it http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif

I've seen several bad reviews on Creative Labs CD drives mostly concerning very slow response times. I have a Memorex 40X,$69.00 regular price that you can find a lot of times with a $30.00 rebate. I'm not saying it's the best but it does a good job for me.
