ok, im trying to voerclock an old POS this thing has 64mb ram, 133mhz pentium p54c, and an asus sp97-v mobo im hoping to get the thing running just a little bit faster so if anyone knows how they can help feel free to post.


o yea i would alsolike to overclock my emachines t2200 i believe, it has a amd 2200+ and 512 ram, so if i could that over clocked just a shot as well that would be great thx. just tell me how.

The chances of you oc’in a proprietary computer like your emachine is slim to none. They usually lock the bios so you can’t burn the computer up. http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview.aspx?catid=28&threadid=1441072&enterthread=y

hes absolutely right. your only option to have a faster rig is to build a new one...:p

the emachine stands a chance. But, I doubt that the mobo has options. You may be able to use some software like CPUfsb to bump it.
