noisy fans

The moment I turned my new computer on...VROOOOMM, a lawn mower! My parents absolutely hate the noise! Anyways, I'm stopping by, for a solution to this awful lawn mower making noise. Anyone have a clue?

Com’on, it does not take much acumen to figure this out. You must had or do have a version of CPUIdle on your machine.

You have to buy it if you want to continue benefiting from its cooling properties. You will be given a site link, username, and password to download a registered version.

It runs on my machine permanently and significantly cools my CPU and in turn case temperature too.

SpeedFan V4.19 didn't seem to calm the fans down none the less.

Software solutions are just a part time solution. Get a different HSF with a larger fan. They run at a lower speed and cool just as good. The HSF should have a noise rating of 28db or less. Why fight it?

I have used CPU Idle for years now, and while it won't replace a really good cooler, it does get my temps down a lot for such a small utility.
