emulators on windows xp

:confused: just wondering if it is possible to run the ragex emulator on windows xp.
I havent used an emulator before and am not fimiliar with them.
my file system is ntfs and am not sure if it will run on it.
ANY HELP VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. thanks

Apparently there is an upgrade to get it to work on Windows XP.
