I just installed a new ATX motherboard in my 2 year old Gateway. (one of those funky curvey cases) The power connection to the motherboard is about 3 inches too short from the power supply. Is there a extension that is available for this power connection that I can use or am I going to have to get a new power supply. I have several other ATX cases but none of those power supplys will fit into this case. The screw holes will not match. I suppose I could manually splice wire into each of component of the harness but that does not seem to me to a safe option.
What do you guys think (and gals)
