Best Movie Download site/program

Hi guys, I'm not advocating piracy, but can somebody suggest the best download site for recent release movies. I don't even mind if it's a pay site. Also, what is the best file format (avi etc) to download and to burn onto DVD.

Oops, forgot to mention that I am only running 256 ADSL, so I guess download speeds are going to come into this somewhere.

I know what your talking about!! Like streaming new releases over the net...i think one was netflix, mabey thats a rental company...i dunno, ill look into it.
