Where can I get drivers for my Imagic model IM554D monitor. The plug and play monitor settings won't work properly with my new video card. The only refresh rates I can get are the cards lowest setting. The card is a real 3d starfighter pci and the only refresh rates i can get are 56hz at 800x600 and 60hz at 1024x768. Ive searched the web for them but can't find any. Any suggestions would be helpful.

See if you can find any thing else on the ID plate that might give you a clue as to who really made it. If they make other generic type monitors (other brands)chances are one of those drivers will work. Some times you can just pick a monitor that is similar to yours (res and refresh supported) and try it and it will work. Maybe someone else will actually know or even have the drivers, but you might try above in mean time. I would try one of the KDS monitors to start.
Good Luck

Go into the advanced properties of the display properties settings tab and select a different monitor from the list:

In the "Monitor" tab uncheck the plug and play box, then use the change button to seclect a new monitor...on the change sheet check "Show all devices" on the lower left corner. There should be something close to your monitor listed there - try several if you like.

Remember, if you choose a setting that your monitor can't hang with you may have to boot into save mode to change the display properties back again.
